Delivery

All prices quoted on this website include FREE standard delivery to UK mainland addresses only (excluding certain North Scotland post codes - available on request). Non-UK mainland delivery to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands, Shetland Islands and certain North Scotland post codes are available but will be subject to an additional charge.

In all cases deliveries will require a signature on receipt of delivery. If no one is available to sign for your order we advise giving an alternate delivery address which can be completed on our online order form.

Free Standard Delivery - UK Mainland Only

Due to the varying size and weight of the products we deliver, several different types of FREE standard delivery are available with varying delivery lead times. In most cases only one free delivery type is available but for certain products we may offer several delivery options. Full details regarding delivery options and lead times are listed on each individual product page.

Our FREE standard delivery types are:.

1. Kerb side drop off: This service can generally be carried out within 2-10 working days from receipt of order. This service is free of charge and includes delivery to your main building entrance only.

2. Deliver and position (recommended for all larger safes): The safe will be delivered by a specialist removals company. They will take the safe into the building and place it in position, including upstairs as long as it does not take more than 1 hour. They will then unpack the safe and remove all of the packaging materials from site. This service can be carried out within 5-15 working days from receipt of order.

3. Deliver and bolt down (recommended for all larger safes): This is carried out by a safe engineer. They will take the safe into the property and bolt into position. This service is generally available within 7-15 working days.

4. Upper or Lower Floor via a Lift This service is free of charge and includes delivery to any floor and room in your building via a suitable lift. The item will be positioned in a place of your choosing and all packaging will be removed and disposed of.

Please ensure the product you intend to order does not exceed the maximum load of your lift before ordering this service.

Delivery via Stairs - UK Mainland Only

Due to the size and weight of the products we offer we may be forced to charge a delivery fee if your delivery route includes more than two steps. For items weighing less that 50kgs when only three or four steps are involved there may be no additional charge but we must always check with our courier to avoid aborted deliveries and consequent charges.

Chargeable deliveries are generally applicable when a product is being delivered to an upper or lower floor via a flight of steps. If this is the case or you are at all unsure please contact us on 08006 121 160
